This multi-generational villa accommodates three generations, each living separately on one of the three floors. However, the ground floor features a shared multifunctional space that can also be used as a guest house. The building, with its cubist forms and white façade, breaks away from the classical aesthetics of traditional multi-generational homes. It boasts spacious terraces and adapts to the topography’s natural elevations without significant alterations. Generous rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spacesdefine the minimalist design language. The double-height entrance area and the open staircase promote communication and serve as a central meeting point within the house.A striking, floating volume emphasizes the cubist character of the structure and provides shade for the terrace on the lower floor.
