This is a single-family home composed of two separate volumes connected by a long Corten steel wall. This wall divides the property and protects the private area from prying eyes. At the same time, it extends into the interior of the house, creating storage space, supporting the staircase, and culminating in a fireplace. The ground floor houses the living areas, a small restroom, and a utility room where the building's technical equipment is installed. The upper floor contains the bedrooms, bathrooms, and a home office. The property features three thematically distinct outdoor areas. Standing by the fireplace, the central focal point of the house, one can view not only the three gardens on the property but also both sides of the dividing wall at a glance.
