This exclusive villa is one of five unique residences designed for the same client on spacious, interconnected plots located in prime seafront positions in Vallgornera. Vallgornera is situated in the popular southern coastal region of the Llucmajor municipality on Mallorca, renowned for its picturesque coves and stunning natural scenery.The five villas are nestled within a natural park and offer unparalleled views of the sea and the island of Cabrera. The spatial layout is similar across all villas: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sauna, two guest bedrooms, each with a private WC, a study, and a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. Generous double-height spaces, terraces, a pool, and other exclusive features complete the design concept.The architecture is characterized by a clear, cubist design language, which consistently establishes an open dialogue with nature.The design process for these villas was particularly exciting and marked by years of close collaboration with exceptionally engaging clients. Their strong artistic and functional sensibilities, as well as their trust in my work, created space for innovative ideas and creative freedom.
